Baked Fish with Tomato Sauce

ingredients:
1.      Pastry
2.      1 k Whole Fish (Nagroor)
3.      1 Large Onion, sliced
4.      4-6 cloves garlic, sliced
5.      1 Tablespoon mixed fish spices
6.      1 Cup Pine Nuts, fried
7.      1 Teaspoon Salt
8.      1 135ml KDD Tomato Paste
9.      2 Large Tomatoes, peeled, chopped
10.  1 Large lemon sliced
11.  1 Cup coriander leaves, chopped
12.  2-4 Large Chilies (optional)
preparation:
1.      Heat over to 400 f.
2.      Clean fish, rinse and dry with towel paper.
3.      Mix onion, garlic, spices and salt, fill fish cavity with this mixture, add chopped coriander over mixture.
4.      Cut slots on top, place in baking dish, place sliced lemon in each. Put remaining lemon slices beside the fish. Add chilies (optional).
5.      Dilute tomato paste with water, add tomatoes, spoon over fish.
6.      Cover with foil, bake for 20-25 minutes, remove the foil and cook for an additional 10 minutes, until top is golden brown. Serve hot. Enjoy.
