Lentil and Pasta Soup

Most of the Italian soups are prepared with the addition of pasta. Lentil soup is no exception. Hearty and delicious,is not only tasty but also very nutritious. So if you have good taste and also care about your health, you must try this Lentil and Pasta Soup recipe.  Lentil soup is best appreciated in winter when is served hot.
ingredients:
1.      2 tablespoons Corn oil
2.      1 large Onion, minced
3.      1 large Onion, minced
4.      1/2 cup Coriander, minced
5.      1 cup Brown lentil
6.      1 teaspoon Salt
7.      1/2 cup Coriander, minced
8.      1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
9.      1 teaspoon Mixed spices
10.  1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
11.  1 teaspoon Cumin
12.  4 tablespoons KDD Tomato Paste
13.  1 cup small macaroni
14.  Lemon slice
preparation:
1.      In a medium pan heat oil, add onion and garlic, mix until golden. Add coriander and mix until wilted.
2.      Add lentil, salt, pepper, spices, cumin, lemon juice and KDD Tomato Paste. Add 4 cups water, let boil 20 minutes until lentil is cooked.
3.      Add macaroni and let soup cook slowly for 10 minutes.
4.      Serve soup in serving bowl. Serve with lemon slices.
5.      Bring to boil in a clean pan, add salt and pepper, then gradually add cream, stir well. Serve with croutons and cream. Enjoy.
