Panna Cotta

What is chocolate in comparison to this mini meat loaves recipe, when it comes to enhancing your mood? There is not a single month when I don't serve this yummy main dish! If you have plenty of beef on hand then mini meat loaves is the thing to make. Do try this.

ingredients:
1.      2 Cups KDD Full Cream Milk
2.      6 Tablespoons Unflavored Gelatin
3.      3 Packs 250ml KDD Thick Cream
4.      1/2 Cup Sugar
5.      1 Teaspoon Vanilla Flavour
6.      1 Teaspoon Lemon or Orange peels
7.      Topping
8.      Strawberry or Raspberry Sauce
9.      Fresh Fruit
preparation:
1.      In a small saucepan heat 1/2 cup of milk, sprinkle gelatin over the milk, heat for 2-3 minutes till it dissolves.
2.      In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the remaining milk, thick cream, sugar, vanilla and lemon peel. Heat until it boils, stir it constantly.
3.      Add the milk and gelatin mixture. Bring it to boil again.
4.      Strain the mixture and discard peels. Pour into 8 ramekins.
5.      Refrigerate Panna Cotta for 2-3 hours, until set and chilled.
6.      To remove, run tip of knife around edge. Invert onto dish. Garnish it with strawberry or raspberry sauce. Enjoy.
