ingredients:
1. Vermicelli 1/2 cup
2. Water 1 cup
3. KDD Full Cream Milk 1 litre
4. Sugar 2 cups
5. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
6. Cashew nuts 6
7. Ghee 1 tsp
8. KDD Thick Cream 250ml
9. NOTE: Add sugar to the kheer after removing from heat otherwise the milk will spoil.
preparation:
1. Boil water then add vermicelli and boil until fully cooked. Stir the vermicilli while boiling.
2. Add 1 l of KDD milk to the boiled vermicilli and boil for 10 minutes (keep stirring).
3. Remove from heat and add KDD thick cream, sugar and cardamom powder.
4. Fry the cashe wnuts in ghee and add to kheer.
5. Serve hot or cold.
6. Fry vermicelli in 1/2 tsp ghee for 5 minutes.
