Seafood Asparagus and Coconut Soup


Cuisine: continental
Serve: 6 persons
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
4 cups water or 1 liter
3 tablespoons MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
1 sachet MAGGI Asparagus Soup
½ teaspoon yellow curry paste
1 teaspoon grated ginger
250 g seafood mix, thawed if frozen
200 g white fish fillets, chopped coarsely
½ tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped

Preparation
Add water, MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder, MAGGI Asparagus Soup, yellow curry paste and ginger to a large saucepan. Bring to boil with constant stirring.
Add mixed seafood and fish then simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Stir in fresh coriander and serve.
